Photography was really fun this year and I hope to continue this in the future. For my final, I chose to take photos at a cemetery. Most people steer away from them but I on the other hand, like going and giving my condolences. I tried to capture the beauty of it and not the morning and sadness. To capture the essence of the beloved people who passed away, I put a small orb signifying their presence. I would have to say that my favorite photo is the last one. It’s dark but then you have the light of the glowing white spheres. I did many things to each photo and I seriously can’t remember. A lot of it you can see in the photo itself. All in all, I had fun and it’s definitely a good experience.

I took these photos while at my little sister’s ballet lesson. I thought that it was a great opportunity to take some interesting shots. It was harder to take photos of them moving around, so I mostly look portraits. I gave different tints to everyone of these photos in Light Room and then fixed them up in photoshop by cloning stuff out, and cropping them as well. My favorite one would have to be the black and white one of my sister. I love how its dark but it has enough light. The expression on her face is just captivating and I enjoyed attending her classes and taking photos of her and her classmates.
